Well said. The antisocial nature of the Red Pill should be called out more. It is supposedly an ideology that helps men by revealing “the matrix” to them, but ironically it traps them in an echo chamber of toxicity and antisocial behavior. Causing even more alienation. Really sad.

This is such a great summary of how to counter the red pill ideology. Try to spread this around as much as you can. I think this could legitimately get someone out of the red pill or at least get them on track to leaving it. Great post!

I think we can all agree that men face unique challenges when it comes to social lives. I wouldn’t say that’s an elephant in the room in this sub. It’s acknowledged, but it’s not glorified, which might be your problem. Something that the red pill does is glorify the loneliness of men by saying the world is working against men and nobody cares about men’s struggles. This isn’t true at all. Society is constantly talking about the increase in loneliness that EVERYONE feels in modern society. Loneli…

It’s a good thing you stopped consuming that content. Just keep on making good choices for you and your mental health, and it will get better! I’ve been there before and I still have some bad days honestly. For some reason, it helps knowing that there are other people out there going through it too. It feels like we’re all fighting the same fight, and we can find solidarity in that.

Idk man it’s sounds like the RP has it’s tendrils stuck inside you. I see your concern for your friend, but that’s his decision and you have to trust that he knows what’s best for him. I’m sure he knows what he’s risking but he doesn’t care because he’s in love. I don’t think you should look down on him for going for it. You speaking about the “nature of women” and the “modern woman” is huge red flag to me. Those ideas lead to toxic behavior towards women imo. You start to look at every woman as…

Being married might not be a goal to you, but it’s certainly a goal for many Americans and people across the world, especially women. Loyalty is also something that people strive for and admire. Society’s ideas of loyalty can often put pressure on people to stay in their relationships in the hopes that things will get better, and for the fear that people will look down on you for leaving your relationship. This pressure is even stronger on women. Seeing as how we’re in r/exredpill, I don’t think…

Also 26yo dude here. I’m feeling the exact same thing as you. Everyday I have thoughts of how my “best years” have gone by and how I won’t find anyone that wants to be with me. I just got out of a relationship where I was treated pretty badly towards the end. I thought leaving that relationship would make me feel better, but I actually feel worse. Depression is real and I think it’s what we’re both going through. I try to pay attention to my thoughts and how I’m feeling. I notice that I start to…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
