This is true but often times, from my perspective as a dude, this is because these women are wanted, which can many times mean a lack of respect and objectification. I think I just made up that word but you know what I mean. XD

What I meant was by portraying a man as sexually attractive, the connotation is that he is able to have sex with a lot of women and this is considered a good thing. Portraying a woman as sexually attractive can mean that she is able to have sex with a lot of men and this is considered a bad thing. I have issues with this. First off, let's assume these characters are made with the intention that potential gamers will identify with either. The buff male character is selling strength and dominance. Look at him, total badass, can probably take anyone on. The female on the other hand is selling sex. I'm not sure if your example is comparable since one of those is a hate group (i.e. they come together because of something they're against) whereas I don't feel my connection to either cause here is because I'm "against" the other side. Rather, I'm "for" the side, or "for" both sides. (:
