5	Anyone familiar with Tony Dungy’s stuff? It is very good indeed. Does anyone know how to submit devotions/Bible reading plans for the YouVersion app/Bible.com? This would make a good study, especially as it is 100% focused on Scripture and avoids the RP jargon that either sets up a barrier to outsiders or causes the message to be dismissed out of hand as misogynistic. 9	Feeling discouraged with many churches' support of the Black Lives Matter movement, including my own.. Are there any truly alt-right/conservative churches left that don't buy into this? My sister's church set up a shed in the parking lot with signs on it saying "Black Lives Matter", "Love Wins", "We're here to listen", "tell us how we can do better", etc. They call it a "reverse confessional" and she posted about how proud she was of her church. I wanted to vomit, rend my clothes and weep, then cut down an Asherah pole. I personally do not currently disciple single women one-on-one as I have struggled greatly with sexual immorality and recognize I'm still susceptible to temptation on that front. Instead of the SL app, download Personal Training Coach. It's a one-time $10 purchase for the pro content without a subscription and it covers at least a dozen weightlifting programs. Yes, do your lifts first so your muscles use all the glycogen stores. That way all your cardio will jump straight into fat-burning mode. I do five minutes of treadmill sprints right after my lifting and all the sweating is almost as good as a sauna. Crank the treadmill up to 8.5mph at a 12% incline while you're straddling the sides. Set an interval timer for 20 seconds run and 10 seconds rest for 10 iterations. As it gets easier, either add iterations or up the speed by 0.1mph each workout.	/r/RPChristians	02/05/19 05:15 AM
