4	Mental Shithole I agree with most of the advice, it sounds like you need to reset, sit down and look at all your goals and evaluate yourself and what you need to change, if you feel like shit then there's a reason for it, figure it out and eliminate it. Definitely agree no LTR until you're more set, no reason to go through all the work of trying to reform yourself then letting someone step in the wet concrete and fuck it up. 3	If you find yourself writing more than a paragraph or two about an individual woman, you have a terminal case of oneitis. Hey dude everyone here likes to say if a girl genuinely rejects you then forget her and move on but tbh if you actually dig her then Immediately start not giving a fuck(clears your head+instantly more appealing).
