I can confirm both myself and other self-made people I know (I don't know any old money millionaires) think about everything in terms of time. When your time is worth $750-$1,000+ per hour, hiring other people to do as much as your job as possible just makes sense. Once I passed the 400k/year mark everything turned into "how do I get as much time out of my day possible, so I can get to 800k?"
