Lol how can you be amazed that question needs answering when you're the one that made it up? I'm not talking about running up and spitting in an officers face. I asked that question because you said and I quote "If you assault an officer you expect to get slammed to the ground at the very least regardless of gender". And based off the definition of assault that means simply touching a police officer could be considered assault.

It depends on the scenario and the context of the situation. Someone walking away could be considered resisting arrest but I don't think they should be slammed to the ground, do you?

From the original article it made it sound like she was wounded, begged for her life, and he "shot her anyways" in my eyes thats murder. If the authorites found him within his legal rights then so be it. If those sequence of events took place then theres nothing you can say that can convince me that is not murder. And youre a little late to the party.

My point still stands that if the woman was wounded, on the ground, outside his property, pleading for her life, and he "shoots her anyways" I view that as murder. He is not in harms way in that situation. If that didnt happen then he did nothing wrong in my eyes. And I'm pretty sure a thief doesnt fall under the category of evil.

You're still guessing, if he killed her while they were running from his house I have no problem. But if he wounded her and then finished her off while she was begging for her life then I view that as murder.

I read the article and watched the videos. The only thing isn't 100% clear to me is if he shot her, she pleaded for her life, and he shot her again. Or she pleaded for her life and then he shot while she was running away. If its the latter then the man did nothing wrong in my eyes and is a victim. But if its the prior you can't argue he is innocent and did nothing wrong.

Please tell me what those are. He said they were unarmed, fled when they saw he had a gun, and he shot at them as they tried to escape, he shot the women, and killed her after she asked him not to kill her citing pregnancy. All of that is from what he said, no assumptions, trolling or imagination.
