Well there are just a few things that have worked for everything I've ever sold. For instance one thing that has worked since even when I was serving tables is talking about the negatives of your product or company before you make a recommendation for the sale. When I was waiting tables and a customer would ask me what I recommended, I would always tell them what I DIDN'T like first. Right but that doesn't help my friend with the $40k credit line whose ex maxed out the card. He's still responsible for $20k if he's lucky. The woman has moved on to the next schmuck with a 780 FICO score to cover her for 7 years until the debt falls off. Nice and convenient, right?

Pretty much. It's a decent idea if you want to - for example - help your kid maintain and establish credit, but far too often I have guys with great account balances unable to receive credit because their ex blew up a credit card right before a breakup. That's 7 years minimum of heartache that can't be solved by moving away or the gym. Be careful.
