But, to your point, the reason I care and we should care is not to grieve the damage done to us but to make sure that it doesn't happen to the future sons of this world. That boys will have autonomy over this important part of their sexuality and have the power to consent to the operation, largely for aesthetic purposes, instead of having the operation forced on them. She calls it "unwanted contact". Yes, exactly. I don't look at oppression as an overall state of being (at least in the western world) but rather an examination of individual issues. I don't disagree with all of feminism and in many ways I am a feminist considering my positions on certain issues, but I am also a men's rights activist. I've looked into the tugger but from one pic I saw, the scar remains quite visible. I think that's the part I'm most insecure about. My scar is very dark and is just fucked up and so uneven. Honestly, I don't think it's about the length but rather the fact those shorts are unprofessional and do not look like something you'd want someone to wear when they advertise your company's brand. I am not defending her, I am genuinely curious. I feel like most of the cases we see in the news where the woman is the abuser like you mention involve men under 18 (and even then we could go on and on with "well how different is 19 from 18 or 18 from 17?").
