You can sue her for damages. It's libel to say someone raped you when they didn't.

Great stuff in this post. To me it also sounds a lot like good old fashioned Stoicism. The idea is that nothing can hurt you unless you let your own self-destructive thoughts hurt you. Nothing out there can be harmful to you if you don't let it be so. A Guide to the Good Life by Irvine is really good. Tom Wolfe's "A Man in Full" is also excellent if you'd rather read a novel.

I think "ghosting" is unnecessarily cruel and immature. If you don't want to see someone again, just man up and say so.

You're 22 years old and you have an income from the Internet? You're doing really well. Congrats. You should be celebrating your life not wallowing in misery. Yes, get in counseling. You say you know how to act with girls but instead act so pussy. Why? Why don't you pretend you're acting in a movie the next time you're with girls? And your role is to be red pill? This is a pretty common behavioral technique BTW, kind of "fake it till you make it." Act as if you're playing a part and pretty soon …

This power to leave, to have nothing to lose is incredible. I've used it as a landlord to great effect. Tenants who are whiners and complaining about everything. I just say: "You sound unhappy. We only want happy tenants. Why don't you just leave? I'll let you out of your lease, no harm no foul." It's an amazing. And I have to point out: I learned it from my wife is is as redpilled as a woman can be. She had a strong father and grew up on a farm with six brothers. She is a true partner.

What are these lines? Like what kind of things would she have to do for you to end it? I'm just curious. Like you I've been married more than 20 years and my wife is great. I'm glad I married her. She doesn't try and control me and I don't control her. We treat each other with mutual respect. She can actually be a red pill wife she thinks most women are ridiculous.

Nope. Not enough D-3. Way too low. You need 3-4K a day but the RDA is only 1K. That's not enough by far.

You can't by diet. You need 20 minutes of sun a day, between 11-3 p.m. and this only works in the northern hemisphere between March and October due to the angle of the sun. So if you're in the Midwest, you must supplement in the winter. Really, everyone should just take D-3 supplements, probably 5,000 IU a day. You can also just take that amount once a week as it's easier. I like the advice from OP but I say first take 5,000 IU a day for 3 months and THEN get tested. I talked to a family doc and…

Book recommendation: Chris Voss: "Never Split the Difference." Ultimate book on how to negotiate with other humans, how to be more liked in social situations. I look at it as the new Dale Carneige book from long ago he wrote called: "How to Win Friends and Influence People." Voss was an International FBI Hostage Negotiator.

It was easily, entirely predictable. Remember folks: The First Amendment does NOT apply to your job unless you work for the government, and even then, not really. Colin Kapernick is free to express whatever he wants from the cheap seats of an NFL stadium. No one has a Constitutional Right to a job.

Great stuff. Especially the supplements. Sublingual Melatonin goes to work faster. Also, take 5,000 D-3 a day if you do not supplement, or do not get much sun or it's winter between November and March. You only get D from the sun between 11-2 p.m. in your summer months.

Not a MI attorney but in other states the law is as I stated: two party consent is required. Illinois for one. i stand corrected, tho. Thanks. But two party consent is required in many states. Eleven states require the consent of every party to a phone call or conversation in order to make the recording lawful. These "two-party consent" laws have been adopted in California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Washington. Recording Pho…

I thought of that too. Either way, you MUST get a paternity test. I mean, c'mon. Would you take someone's word for the condition of a house you were buying that was going to cost $200,000? Or would you have it inspected?

False reports to the police is a crime. I agree you never see it happen but making a false report to the police is criminal.
/r/TheRedPill01/04/17 02:24 PM

Incorrect. If you contest paternity, immediately, there will be a test, you can force a hearing as well, and if you're not the biological father you will NOT be on the hook. You're talking about a few cases where a guy took the woman's word for it and started paying, acted like a father for a period of time, years, usually, and then got stuck. That's terrible but those guys almost always had NOT contested paternity immediately. And saying "more often than not" do non-fathers have to pay child su…

There's still this thing called "paternity tests." If you have any doubts at all, use them. It would be foolish not to. But there's no reason to resort to committing crimes.

It's really bad in Illinois. Often reporters routinely tape interviews just to have an accurate version. It was illegal; then the appellate court ruled that one party consent was sufficient. Then the legislature changed the law again to say, no, we mean all party consent is required. That law was thrown out by the courts when applied to taping police officers so the legislature immediately passed another law criminalizing it with an exception for taping cops in public. I think it should NOT be i…

Legislator gets secretly taped taking a bribe. He says, wtf, and passes a law making it illegal to do that.
/r/TheRedPill01/04/17 12:55 PM
1

No, in many states its illegal to DO it not just use it. Illegal as in a crime, go to jail. The reason this law was passed in Illinois, for example, was some state legislators were secretly taped by a constituent accepting a bribe and they wanted to make sure that couldn't happen again.
/r/TheRedPill01/04/17 12:52 PM
1

No, no no, that is so wrong. It is illegal in Illinois. However, conversations in which someone has a "reasonable expectation" of privacy still require all-party consent and cannot be "surreptitiously" recorded. See 720 ILCS 5/14-1(d) (defining "private conversation"); 720 ILCS 5/14-2(a) (setting out the elements of an eavesdropping offense).

I dunno, two years or five in prison...See below re Michigan's law, fairly typical. Michigan’s statutory law is codified at MCL 750.539c et seq. If you’d like to know where to find your state’s law, just ask below. MCL 750.539c provides for a 2-year felony / $2,000.00 fine for willfully recording a conversation without each party’s consent. Under 750.539d, it is also a crime to video record or photograph a person in a “private place”, without the person’s consent. A private place is one in which…

You are incorrect. It can be criminal in many states to record someone without their consent. HELP: I'm an older professional in the professional services industry. For the first time in my career, I've brought in $50K of work to my new firm. I've been there less than 2 years. Question: why not take the pressure off by chatting up the hottest chick you see and not ask for her number? Let's say you see her at your bus stop at a certain time? Just chat and go. You will likely see her again, it increases the mystery without the pressure of asking for the number? Can I also suggest having one good joke at your disposal? Just one. OK, so I watched the trailer and you're incorrect. It looks really good and gives a good, serious treatment to the issue. It's done by a feminist who is converted? Only an 8 minute trailer so hard to tell but it's no hatchet job, that's for sure. For example, there's a woman who says: "A 35-year old woman got impregnated by a 15 year old and she got child support from the boy that she raped." Other examples: guy says the cops told him: "if she hits you again, you better get out of there because …

You don't need anything like that. You can trade 1,2,3 or 5-7 contracts. That can all be done for as little as $4-6K or up to $50,000. I don't know the quote you're discussing there or the context. I do know that I made $9K and $12K in the last two months in long gold contracts. Next, I'll probably be shorting gold.
