im sorry but thats not true. Dopamine is literally just a happiness button but seratonin and oxytocin (and many others) are responsible for literally everything else. happiness isnt what makes kids eat brussels sprouts. saying we exist to increase our happiness is the more volatile form of putting the general idea but whatever floats your boat.

blasting people with a fire hose as soon as they get here isn't the kind of behaviour thats productive to introducing someone to TRP

dude, why so angry. We complain about the world all the time and here is a woman who shows up to TRP and says she wants to hear us out and the first thing you do is tell her off? im not saying go get the welcome mats but a recommendation of stuff from the sidebar isnt too much to ask (nvm of course it is)

the problem is see with your lovely RP world is that (from what ive seen in my short life thus far) is that often even from a young age, girls are taught to be anything but RPW. i even saw this in my school. a nice russian chick transferred in grade 11. she was as close to RPW as i could define (if she lost a bit of weight but she was no hambeast). the problem came with the rest of the girls in our class. pretty much all of them were either on or lining up for the CC and were relentlessly bitchy…

i think it really depends on how that information gets across to you. if you find out before the child is even born you be pissed if you specifically go and adopt a child then its what you signed up for so it wont be a suprise (my case) if you find out when the "child" is like 40 then at that point i dont think most people would care

im going to assume that we dont all live in the same small suburban town in the desert so i think someone giving advice to people younger/less experienced/ confused/ not educated in the situation is kinda the point of this part of the internet... and to throw in a topical reference to something we should all know. we can't really "outshine the master" if we dont even know him in real life edit: adding more

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
