Organizing your work space speaks to every job. I'm sure most people would assume that applies to office jobs, but as a construction worker you wouldn't believe how disorganized a lot of people are and how badly it affects the job. Keeping things fairly neat increases productivity a hell of a lot.

A man calling himself a feminist is so emasculating. Congrats, bro. Welcome to the club.

Now that you've mentioned it, I've had women tell me various times how good I smell after using aftershave. I might have to use it more often.

Cutting was always easier for me despite having a larger frame. It becomes mundane if you don't add a little variety to your diet, but it's fairly simple. Bulking, especially lean bulking, I find to be a lot tougher. The amount you have to eat consistently can easily make a lot of people, including myself, lapse into eating whatever they want

A girl I used to smash always complained that I was never nice and was always a jerk. She fucking loved me. Nice is boring.

No, I like it and play in moderation. I went through a phase where it consumed me and the only other thing I did with my life was go to the gym, but I did a thing called growing up.

I really only played video games excessively a couple years in high school. Once I started working, life got in the way and I pretty much only play a lot if I'm sick or on holiday. It's a hobby I still indulge in and still enjoy a great deal, but work and working out are clearly higher priorities because I'm a fucking adult.

Hundreds of hours of Patrice on the internet. Watch anything from his Opie and Anthony appearances to his tv appearances, and of course, to his standup.

Really good way of handling that situation. Been on both sides, and it's effective.

I've been consistently lifting for over 4 years now and I've fluctuated a lot due to improper dieting, but I generally always felt great about myself and felt motivated. Ever since November, I've been inconsistent with my workout regime and diet, I couldn't get my shit together. I put the blame on my lack of sleep (which was valid at the time) and working usually 6 days a week. Lately, I've been feeling unmotivated and while not depressed, not particularly satisfied with anything and extremely b…
