It's not really the anonymous tip that would be admitted as evidence. The tip would be used by police to begin an investigation and build probable cause to gain warrants. Men who are typically denied legal aid/representation to be stripped of their basic right to conduct a defence against malicious allegations of abuse. I'm not sure if I'm explaining this correctly. It doesn't seem that the pre-trial questionare is verfied by police. So anyone can make a false allegation in the questionare. If the judge believes the false allegation then the other party is already at a disadvantage because there has been no investigation of the pre-trial questionare. This is an abuse of process. If the man is worried about it depending on the pre-trial questionnaire he can fill it out honestly and the woman won't be able to be able to ask specific questions.
