Yeah, if two men forced a broom handle into a 5 year olds vagina and basically made her unable to have children, those men would get life and would get killed in prison.

Fuck this fucking world. That's the worst thing I've ever read. That poor child - I hope he's in a better place now.

Like I said - try it and see what happens. If you think a grandstanding DA that wants to make a name for himself/doesn't want to incur the Lena Dunham and Amy Schumer-led shitstorm that would descend upon him for not pressing for jail time wouldn't press for maximum sentence for sexual assault, let me just disavow you of that idea. A man that grabbed a woman's ass in a public way like this would get prison time, no question.

You would go to prison but no I don't think it would be just. However, the media outcry and feminist screeching would be out of control. It would be equivalent to Charlottesville. There would be UN hearings.

Ill bet her lawyers wouldn't go for the prenup. Marrying a lesbian never seems to work out well for men. Johnny Depp was drinking 6-7bottles of $200 wine a day when he was with her.

Our high school basketball team could have competed with any of the teams in the WNBA at the time. We weren't like Oak Hill or anything but we had 2 6'6" guys that could jam and a bunch of strong 1-2-3-4 men that could mix it up. I played 4 man and am 6'3". Oak Hill or one of those D1 feeder schools would absolutely destroy Team USA. Wouldn't need any practice, they could just street ball them out of the gym. A bunch of 16-18 year olds.

I don't understand why attacking the genitals of another person isn't considered sexual assault. Surely if men were attacking women's genitals it would be considered sexual assault, right?

The top comments would have phrases like "what state did you live in and what is the statute of limitations for assault/battery" and "this is a start of a dangerous cycle - you have to protect other women from a possibly dangerous abuser". Instead, one of the top comments is: "Bet you didn't do that again".

Don't say "pussy is pussy" - a woman in the situation would say, "I liked him at first and thought he was cute ;)" and then society lets her off the hook for her mistake. So just say, "I liked her at first" and your situation will seem more sympathetic.

You can tell your sons' heights with a 95% confidence interval - there are calculators online but here's the method: Add the mother's height and the father's height in either inches or centimeters. Add 5 inches (13 centimeters) for boys or subtract 5 inches (13 centimeters) for girls. Divide by two. The son's height will be within 2 inches above or 2 inches below the result with 95% confidence. For you and your wife, that means your sons will be between 6'2" and 5'10". Source - Mayo Clinic. http…

That's primarily because they are simply following up on the myriad articles: "Eramo and the frat boys will have a tough time overcoming the massive, unovercomeable legal standards to prove defamation" that their readers cribbed buzzwords from to sound like legal experts at the cocktail parties for 3 weeks leading up to the trial. This is simply explaining to their readers to stop using those particular buzzwords at cocktail parties and to instead use buzzwords like "federal appeal process".

If a woman ever brings up the "pay gap" just say, well why are male models paid less than female models? In my experience, the women understand it immediately - that there is no gap and that people are paid what they're worth. You just need to put it in terms they understand.

The reality is that the standard of living is going to decline for everyone as earners drop out of the race because they're sick of paying for it. Unfortunate that whiteknight orbiters are going to ultimately destroy everyone's quality of life because they're too pussy to expect some basic, minimal standard of behavior and maturity from women in our society.

You don't think he'd get a summons for writing "whore" on an alimony check?
/r/MensRights19/12/15 02:48 PM

If a man wrote "whore" on alimony checks, how long do you think it would take a court to hold him in contempt? All that would take is a call from the woman's attorney to the judge. I'll bet the guy was forced to actually file a suit because the judge wouldn't address the issue based on just a phone call.

Attacks of this nature (on the genitals) should also be classified as sexual assaults and the perpetrator should be classified as a sex offender. If a man attacked a woman's or girl's genitals it would undoubtedly be considered sexual assault, it should also be sexual assault when a woman attacks a man's genitals.

In NYC after "potty parity" laws passed (2x as many women's rooms as men's rooms in new public spaces including restaurants) most restaurants couldn't afford to build 2 women's restrooms and 1 men's, so most places just removed separate restrooms entirely and instead had 1 unisex restroom, which conforms to "potty parity". So instead of women getting double restrooms and men (who take much less time to use the toilet) having to wait, now ALL customers have to wait. Plus, the women realized that …

Sexual harassment law doesn't work like that in any case. If he reported it to his employer, and his employer made him keep seeing the client and the behavior continued, he could sue his employer, but not the customer. It sounds like he works for himself, so nothing doing there. He can report the behavior to the police but there is no legal recourse outside of criminal charges.
