I'm an architect, and I have designed these gender neutral bathrooms before - there usually aren't urinals, but if there are the urinals are put behind a wall or a screen so they aren't at all visible from the sinks and the toilet stalls. it was probably a men's room that got repurposed as gender neutral

my advice, go read models by mark manson and ignore everything else. its basically a similar philosophy about how to improve ones life, with the side benefit (or main benefit depending on your goals) of becoming more attractive towards women, minus all the toxicity of TRP/manosphere bullshit.

literally none of those things are frivolous and all of them will improve your quality of life. i started taking care of my face/hair and wearing slightly nicer clothes and when i meet new people now their perception of me is totally different than it would've been in the past. if you look like you're put together well people will assume you have your shit together.
