You can go view literally hundreds of filed documents including exhibits at the NYSCEF, the courts actual web site. It's free public access. I cannot understand why until Leah Remini's name got tied to this case, I never really heard about it. With all these documents being so accessible I really don't get why this case has been kept out of the media. Quite strange indeed.

Credibility and accountability are tightly linked. You can't really have one without the other. The accusers don't seem to want to take any accountability for their own actions. If they can't be accountable how are they credible? They signed up and agreed to whatever they agreed to. How are they not accountable for that? And what's worse is that it doesn't seem that California requires tangible evidence to prove rape. So basically it's all based on the jury's perceptions of witnesses and their credibility. Also, there's some "rape shield" law that hinders a defendant from trying to show that someone is not credible.
