He’s a history teacher, ask him how he makes less than most women, and still believes in the gender pay gap??? Or is he just “doing his part”? TBH, I think every discussion of the “pay gap” is just a deep-seeded effort to pay everyone less money.

My favorite silver lining of the trans-lobby trying to change the rules for basically everything is that it has relaxed/eliminated many workplace grooming/appearance standards. If a lady wants to be known as Zer and grow out a beard because that is how zer expresses zerself, then it would be flat out discriminatory for the employer to tell me as a straight white male that I cannot grow out my beard. Bodily autonomy is a sacred thing, and I’m glad employers have less say over how ALL employees de…

Per college news: Of US College students In Spring 2021, 59.5% were women and 40.5% were men. US Feminists: Women need more educational opportunities!!!!!

Damn, I hope the media just shuts the hell up about this instead of trying to push this BS as “normal or brave”. If you don’t think you should have kids, I fully support you and also think you shouldn’t have kids. If you’ve HAD kids, they are your responsibility and if you abandon them, you are likely a worthless individual who deserves misery.

Nobody should fear all men, but I think it’s important to try to gain some perspective. Let’s start with the fact that: (on average/by and large/in the vast majority of cases) Men are stronger than women. Men have higher average heights and with that comes longer bones, larger muscles, and greater strength. Many people hate to hear this, but if you take the AVERAGE man and the AVERAGE woman and have them fight hand-to-hand or take part in another competition of raw strength, the man will win. To…

I really am genuinely curious how much these people make on OnlyFans. It’s one of those situations where a simple average wouldn’t paint an accurate picture (like calculating lifespan and having to take into account a high infant mortality rate). Sure there are probably some OF millionaires who can afford homes with security systems to keep out drooling simps, but there’s probably a decent amount of average girls who don’t make enough to support themselves but still get recognized while out buyi…

What drives me crazy is that Dre paid a lawyer to create a prenup and still gets hosed like this!!! The other thing that drives me nuts is that she will get this $300k/month “until she gets remarried”. Like that will ever happen… Who is gonna give up $3,600,000 every year just so they can get a piece of paper from the government saying they love somebody??? Dre is fucked

I was being serious and you’re being obtuse. The whole trans issue has become a wedge issue for feminism and has weakened the feminist movement as a result. Let them argue amongst themselves.

Hey I got no problem with a men-only or women-only gym. Curves was moderately successful as a women-only model. I think if a men-only gym came into existence that it would quickly become a gay men only gym- few straight men are willing to pay a premium price to be in a space without females. I think most straight men like having women in the gym as a bit of eye-candy or motivation. I’m more inclined to lift big weights if a pretty girl is watching. What I DO have a problem with is my gym having …

No! I can think of a use for feminism in the United States: keeping biological Men out of women’s sports!

I’m a man, and made some of the same points as you and was downvoted for it lol. But if you think about it, the AVERAGE man is stronger than 75% of the population while the AVERAGE woman is weaker than 75% of the population. Most crimes occur as crimes of opportunity, and you are much less likely to be a criminals “opportunity” if you’re A. Stronger than they are or B. Are not walking alone at night.

No, I pulled it out of OP’s ass. If you had actually interacted with a woman in your life, you’d know that they take precautions that men just don’t have to consider. Women will leave work in a group to not have to walk through a parking lot alone, women keep a hand over their drinks at bars so that nobody spikes their drink when they’re not looking, if a woman thinks she’s being followed she might call someone so that someone would know if she was assaulted. My point is, as a man, I might think…

Most criminals are cowards who look for victims who are weaker than them. Odds are that a woman is more likely to be weaker than a man and easier to victimize. Somebody standing in a dark alley waiting to rob someone is more likely to see a single female as an easier mark than a single male. Maybe the reason that “victimhood of violent crime is identical between the sexes”-per OP is BECAUSE women are afraid to walk alone at night? If women were less cautious, maybe they would tip the scales as v…

I believe in Men’s rights as much as the next self-respecting guy, but I think this needs a bit more perspective. On a Joe Rogan podcast, a guest talked about why women are so cautious when it comes to dating, and it boils down to the fact that the AVERAGE man is stronger than almost ANY woman. Not to sound barbaric, but if a woman goes on a blind date with a guy, there is almost a 100% chance that he could (if he wanted to) overpower her with his bare hands-this is something as a man I’ve never…

She’s worth $62billion, and has given 1.6billion to charity. Wow, she’s so brave and giving /s She’s still hoarding an obscene amount of wealth, and giving away 1.6 doesn’t make her a saint. Nor does she even deserve it in the first place.

Any time an application asks for gender or race, I check “prefer not to say” because “white male” would probably hurt my chances. Isn’t that racist/sexist?

I can’t stand when people say stuff like “if you wait for the perfect time to have kids, you’ll never end up having them”- like what kind of stupid bullshit is that? If I want to be married, pay off a debt, or reach a certain promotion/raise, what is wrong with that? Also, what if I take an extra shift and work til 9pm, or don’t want to make dinner, or if I want to spend a whole day playing golf and videogames? Kids take time and money, and there are things that just get harder to do when you ha…

I like to think about this from a finance perspective. If she gets *just the 400million she could get a 2 million dollar house in each one of the United States, and if she throws the rest into a basic savings account (one that anyone with $5 and an Internet connection can get) at 1% APY, she’ll make $3,000,000 a year. Subtract for Capital Gains taxes, and she still makes $2,000,000 a year. The top 1% income level in the US starts at $450k a year. If you can easily be in the top of the top 1% of …

Sorry for rambling, I just feel like accounting is more practical and Econ is more theoretical. Having minored in Econ, I kinda wish I got a CPA instead.

It’s kinda crazy what economics is... I ended up taking it as a highschooler with no real idea what it would entail. As a 16yo with no exposure, I thought it would teach me about finances, balancing a budget, how to run a business, or something about the stock market. The truth is, that economics just involved a lot of vocabulary and graphing. Graphing of supply and demand and how that correlated to the price of something. This something could be goods, services, labor etc. I was good at it beca…

Buzzfeed is garbage, but it’s totally plausible that someone worked for both fast food and an airline. Like do you expect someone to work at McDonald’s until they retire? It’s not like they were looking at heart surgeons and contract attorneys. They probably had her resume on file, and saw that she had two jobs relevant to their content.

A Bentley Bentayga starts at 160,000. She would need 1,334 people each subscribed for a year, pay no taxes, and have no other bills to be able to afford one. If you think about it tho, with the support of 500 fans/customers/simps paying $10 a month, that works out to $60k/year which honestly ain’t bad if you have no self respect to lose. I think from the “content” creators perspective, the ideal situation is if all of their “fans” live on the other side of the world and would never see them IRL.…

Does anybody else not realize that the gender wage gap is a myth? I honestly think it’s perpetrated by the media in order to justify lowering salaries everywhere. Any government, bank, union, corporate, restaurant, medical, or other job comes with a very specific pay-scale.

Let me say that I honestly think OnlyFans is pretty pathetic. Both for the girls posting, and the guys paying. I wouldn’t want any friends or relatives to pay or get paid from it. There was an article awhile ago about a girl looking to sue her coworkers who stumbled upon and discussed her only fans with her. I think she was an idiot. If you play in mud, you can’t try to sue people for calling you dirty. But I think if you play in the mud on the weekend and wash off before you go into work on Mon…

I mean not all cops are good and not all cops are bad. I had a few bad experiences when I was younger and I woulda agreed with you more, back then. I think a lot of cops today struggle with the hypocrisy of the war on drugs, and there exists less animosity between citizens and authorities in countries with more just laws. The point of my story is that pensions should go to the person who worked for it and paid into it. To ruin someone’s lifestyle because someone else became accommodated to the l…

Divorce is wild. My boss is one of the nicest guys you could ever meet. He’s almost frighteningly calm and laid back-he just seems to love his job and shake off any negativity. I kinda admire him for it. We went out to a job and had to stop by his house to get some tools, and I was kinda shocked to see where he lived was so rundown and in a bad area. I wasn’t gonna say anything, but it just seemed strange that someone who made almost twice as much as me lived in a place only half as good as I do…

Gender pay gap is a myth in 99% of jobs. Bankers, doctors, nurses, attorneys, burger flippers, teachers, accountants, and almost any other job is governed by laws and company policy to pay people the same. The fact that the MLB, NBA, NFL, and NHL have no female equivalent with similar revenues, and the private club like makeup of boards of directors is what skews the numbers to make women think they’re only earning 85% of their male counterparts.

Haven’t watched the video cuz I don’t really care to or like her music, but I believe she’s complaining about Scooter Braun and Scott Borchetta. Two guys who made the mistake of getting her started in the music biz. There’s a lot of he said/she said going on, but I think the whole root of it is that she owes them a slice of her fortune (proceeds from albums, concerts, etc.) She won’t pay, so they are withholding the rights to most of her songs-per the terms of the contract she signed. She sent h…
