1	Who else is disgusted by this I thought this might be your reasoning, and I understand your point of view. It's a matter of opinion though, and I disagree. Pre-nups are only significant when the two parties have significant difference in assets. The issue is that the person with more has a lot more to risk if the spouse has a change of heart (or was a deceptive gold digger.)
