Aren't men just viewed with more disgust period?

Like a standard shoved in my face everywhere that I cannot live up to. I have the wrong body and mind. People treat it like something ethereal or religious sometimes, like it encompasses more than it is. In reality: qualities or attributes regarded as characteristic of men or boys. It's a convenient way to get men to do things, which may or may not be in their best interests depending on the situation.

It's going to be hard to make people care that much about men's feelings, especially men perceived as lesser.

Women also have sexual and physical expectations for men, looks, height, dick size.

No, I'm 5ft tall, I feel like a leper. But I don't think I'm scary.

I feel the masculinity talk is overblown, unnecessary, and isn't really the problem. I'm fairly biased since I'm not really masculine. But I feel like men just aren't wanted unless they have proven themselves useful. In fact, I feel people just don't like men that much.

No more playing games, just straight up, you DTF? If you're attractive, I guess.

I wonder if some of these guys are dealing with similar situations and feelings. It's different being actually unattractive or unwanted.

Congrats. You're better than me I guess.

I don't deny that men and women are different. But that's all that masculinity is really, what I mentioned in the previous comment.

I don't really care much about the concept of masculinity or femininity. Masculinity is just a set of qualities, attributes, behaviours, and actions regarded as characteristic of men or boys. In the end to me it seems mostly used for people to tell men how to act and behave. The same can be said for femininity.

How in the world is it great for them? Because they don't have to have a partner they don't want. They can have more "casual relationships" with men they do want, or none at all. The same number of women as men will end up single. That's assuming people pair up 1 to 1. However, that doesn't have to be the case.

Well, I certainly feel similar. I have that small dick, I'm also short and not that "masculine," shall we say. I feel like my body is a joke. Honestly, it really is. There's no positive about it, there's no place where someone like me is wanted unless it's to be a joke. There's no real way to make peace, I'll just have to learn to be unbothered and be more masculine. I can not really expect much from people in this regard. I don't think calling it out or arguing will work because people don't ca…

Is there really an approach that can fight this? Beside a horrible war, or something else that's not on the table, or we wouldn't want for obvious reasons. Not really. I suppose you could make sure less men are born, but It's not really something on the table. I mean most of the table things could work but, it's a bit grim. Make polyamory a thing, sexbots, have more gay or bisexual men? I guess you could remove all the shame from homosexual relationships and see if that relieves the pressure.

I don't know if I'd have a strict definition, I'd associate masculinity mostly with strength. Mental, physical anything really, all of it seems about being strong one way or another. Femininity I don't really have strong one word association with, a couple that would come to mind are nurturing, sensual, beauty, sexual, caring. It's a fairly machine learning way to look at it. Truth be told femininity just seems less focused, less defined. Maybe it's because I don't really think about it to much.…

I feel similar although I mostly think my physical body is not up to standard so to speak.

I'm honestly not sure. I guess she wouldn't mind, otherwise it would be hypocritical for her to do it. I mean don't women dislike "locker room talk"? I guess your sister might not mind. But that comes down to the question, does she do it because she doesn't care about his feelings, or because she legitimely thinks it's an ok thing to do? I hope it's the latter rather than the former.

Do you think your sister would mind if the guy did the same thing?

I think there will probably still be a negative stigma? connotation? Where you to describe these problems even under another word, not as much though. I remember the "forever alone" community being hated before incels became more prevalent. You could just make something up like the unwanted, the leftovers.

It's estimated that the success rate of a vasectomy reversal is: 75% if you have your vasectomy reversed within 3 years. up to 55% after 3 to 8 years. between 40% and 45% after 9 to 14 years. For a quick Google search according to NHS UK

Think about how much men could gain in terms of parental equality if it became a rite of passage for every man to get a vasectomy before getting his driver's license (or at graduation, or whatever). They could then get it reversed if they plan to have kids as consenting adults. Pretty sure reversal doesn't work for 100% of men.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
