One thing I'll add. Proper form is key. Proper form helps to avoid injury and thus keep the training going. (says the person who had a few major chronic injuries and now focuses on form)

Just a thought for getting evidence for when ppl are dealing with lying hamsters. Have an audio recording on your sides at all times? There is probably an app for that (not sure). Your phone can be in stand by mode but if it starts getting hot n heavy (get 15 seconds alone, turn the app on (something quick and easy) and back that shit up on the cloud. Just a simple audio recording where if u are ever wrongly accused u can whip that audio recording proving innocence out. Not sure if this is legal…

This was a great read. Having a side bar for this would be good. Knowing your job worth is important for your skill set (aka don't get an arts & crafts major, go do STEM/business and have a plan)

I agree with all of the get off your ass, go lift, stop being a bump attitude. But lift smart and don't lift through injuries. Take proper care, follow your regime, seek ways to always improve, and so on so thus more gains can be had. Injuries are a bitch. Patience and a good routine and discipline is the right attitude.

Choosing the best photos works the best. Something I've noticed. I recently rejoined facebook after permanently deleting mine. Brand new account and and had 5-10 photos on my facebook (nothing too spectacular and too lazy to re-tag old photos). Got some matches but not too many. Slowly over a few months I obtained more photos and they were some dashing photos. Over that time the matches went up exponentially. Also the 3 minute rule works well too.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
