I think this will happen to /r/MGTOW Incels seemed like a bunch of guys that were rejected by women but still wanted a romantic relationship and hence cared about women in some way. Mgtow seem like a bunch a guys that were also rejected and think women are nothing more than a receptacle for their little dicks and have no value besides. Hence why mgtow highly upvote a post about going to a hooker, whereas incels would think it beneath them.
