If someone wants to do this, they should be able to express their opinion in that way. Most subreddits, do allow downvotes, so you not giving out those directions does not mean all much. What I did, was tell this person, who already expressed desire to downvote something there, how they could fulfill this desire if they wished to. I am not linking a post for everyone to downvote, I am providing directions for someone, to downvote any subreddit which chooses to remove downvote arrows, thus restoring a basic functionality to that reddit. –	A Female Firefighter in Action I disagree. I am sure that there are plenty of female firefighters, policemen etc that are just as fit as their male counterparts. Rather than discriminating pay over gender, somthing which one cannot control, why make the pay gap based on how they perform in simulations. This way women who do perform well get paid a lot, and men who perform badly get paid little.
