When you physically harm someone, you should expect the same to happen to you by that same person you assaulted, by police at the scene, or even by bystanders. That's assault with a deadly weapon. Why the heck didn't any of the officers shoot the tires out? They had several chances (at least two in the first minute alone). Sorry but what immediately comes to mind is if the driver were neither a woman nor white, they'd be riddled with bullets right about now.
