Since I do engineering, there are usually technical problems to review, based in the job description. It sometimes feels like studying for a final example. And even involves doing some problem sets. For business and consulting interviews, I imagine there are case studies and practices. On top of that, for all jobs, there are also behavioral questions that you answer in a STAR situation, task, action, result kinda description.

Yes, I do that. I have a normal day job. But that just makes me, well, normal and average. Actually below average wage compared to most of my college friends cuz I'm too lazy to push myself to study harder to pass interviews to get a better job (as a software engineer). Nah, I lift about 3x/wk, been doing that for 18yrs. Always had an 6pack/8pack abs. My body started developing lipomas (genetics), such that now it looks kinda disgusting when I take off my shirt. Lifting and exercising was always easy for me to do. I wanna change myself mentally. Like be able to work my ass off on a side gig and build a company or build more wealth and write a book. But I can't seem to overcome my fucking laziness.
