Who told you careers give life meaning? That’s some nonsense right there. I understand wanting career to be able to support yourself, but not to give your life meaning. Work to live, not live to work.

Jeff Nippard is in the top 1% genetically for gaining muscle without drugs and has devoted his entire life to maximizing his muscular potential. Even less lean, most men would need a fair amount of drugs to be anywhere near Jeff Nippard’s build. That’s totally fine if it’s your preference. We’re all entitled to preferences. I just want to throw that out there, as it was casually brought up…ok I’ll just try to look like Jeff Nippard, like it’s a piece of cake.

Both should be working roughly the same amount of hours between paid and domestic work, leaving roughly the same amount of leisure time for both. Assuming one person should do more chores because the other makes significantly more money (despite working less hours) is a breeding g…

Irrelevant. Pay doesn’t factor into this. There are 24 hours in a day. You sleep 8 of them. That leaves 16 hours for paid work, domestic work, and leisure time. In a functional relationship, both people should have roughly the same amount of down time. Each person should juggle paid work and domestic responsibilities so that it works out somewhat evenly for both. If one works more hours, the other does more housework. Gender and pay should not be a factor. This is how a partnership works. Source…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
