0	Women's Studies - The Truth [pic] Many classes talk predominately about men and their achievements. As long as the college you are in does not use women's studies as just a feminist training ground, I see nothing wrong with it. 3	A boy becomes a man. I don't think that story had as much to do with chivalry as you think it did. If someone did that to me, I would be a little upset with them male or female, though I may not have chosen to react in such a way. Especially with pneumatic doors, where you can't just give them a little nudge to keep it open if it isn't held open for you by whoever just walked through them, it is nice, and often expected, to stand for a few seconds to keep the door open.	/r/MensRights	18/08/09 09:02 PM
1	"Girls rule; boys trail" - Outstanding investigative report on the education gender gap in Tennessee. But “Tennessee and Georgia are not alone in this. This is very much a national phenomenon. Gender should now be a part of local schools’ discussions about improving student achievement.” Schools don't do a good job of finding books that boys can easily relate to. The first book I had to read for high school was A Tree Grows in Brooklyn. Definitely a girly book. How is a boy supposed to compare to a girl if they have to write an essay on books like that? There are books are a lot of neutral books, but there are really only a few books that girls have trouble relating to that guys don't.
