Wanna explain how defending yourself against someone assaulting you with mace while also having a gun pointed at you is “small dick energy”? I’d love to hear the mental gymnastics you gotta do to come to that conclusion.

It’s almost as if that’s the age range many women start to get married and have kids… if you look at other studies you’ll see very similar results for childless and unmarried women in older age ranges as well. Either way it doesn’t change the fact that feminism pushes false narratives like the gender pay gap regardless of the mountain of evidence disproving it.

Feel free to read a book and educate yourself! The average recommended caloric intake for men is 2500 calories a day. A 1000 calorie deficit puts you at 1500 calorie a day. Go ahead and try it yourself and come back and let me know how many days it took you to give up on that. After that let me know how many days it took for you to gain back all the weight you lost. Sure anyone can do that but what you conveniently ignore is that newbies usually do not have the discipline, experience, nor habits…

What kind of bitch wants to give gym newbies advice that will not help them in the long run. The overwhelming majority of newbies will not be able to get through the mental and physical taxation of a prolonged deficit of 1000 calories. Just give it a try yourself and see how many weeks you can sustain that for without giving up. The literal only usage for that are for mini cuts which are usually 4-6 weeks. But yea I’m a pussy bc Id prefer to use my almost decade of bodybuilding experience to giv…

Ahh typical, I can guarantee you wouldn’t make it through a 12-16 week cut at a thousand calorie deficit. The only people that would benefit from that are people attempting to compete in a show or extremely obese. But whatever give newbies advice that will not help them build good gym and diet habits.

Yep sleep definitely is the biggest factor other than caloric intake in terms of managing cumulative fatigue. I agree that most don’t work physical labor, just felt the need to throw that out there since it’s not common knowledge, also bc if someone has serious goals in terms of their physique then they may need to take their career into consideration

Honestly sleep isn’t stressed enough, nor is the impact of physical labor. Too little sleep n too much physical labor means you can pretty much kiss any gains goodbye bc your body is not capable of keeping up with the cumulative fatigue (see the concept of “burnout”)

You obviously don’t know much about dieting. No matter what a 1000 calorie deficit under your maintenance is most certainly extreme. I am more than willing to share some books, privately, written by PHDs that will go into excruciating detail about hypertrophy and diet.

Yea man gotta find the balance between where ya look good and what’s sustainable long term Edit: not to mention there is a point where you go from “good looking” to girls to “freakazoid”. Lotta guys think girls want perfect bodies but they really don’t. They want that muscular look without being too cut

One thing I would say is that no matter what shape you’re in 1000 calorie deficit is extreme and very unsustainable. You will feel like complete dogshit all the time and likely will give up on losing weight. 300 is a good starting deficit for most people, albeit slower but it’s also sustainable. This will allow for people to build the long term habits that are required to keep the weight off. Edit: there’s a reason why that kind of deficit is really only used during mini-cuts by physique competi…

Jesus that might be the dumbest collection of word salad I’ve ever seen. You clearly know nothing considering you don’t know the scientific terms used. Let alone have the slightest inclining of how these things work. Look, I know you’re young and scared of going through puberty, but trust me you’ll Be fine! It’s hilarious that I give a very simple but yet accurate explanation and all you can respond with is “me no nut therefore me nut no make sperm”😂 forgot to throw some “porn addict” bs in ther…

Intersectional basically means inclusive of all women regardless of things like skin color or being trans. Basically just another buzzword for virtue signaling. Apparently just being a feminist isn’t good enough, you have to be an intersectional feminist otherwise you’re not being “inclusive” enough

Nope don’t watch porn, you couldn’t be more wrong. Just have high test and girl that is hot asf Edit: early twenties so yes I’m young

You clearly don’t have even a basic understanding of our reproductive systems. Your body will produce and ejaculate sperm whether you orgasm or not (wet dreams are your body removing the sperm that wasn’t ejaculated in time). In addition to your ignorance of the reproductive systems, you also don’t understand hypertrophy. The amount of protein that is expended to create semen is minuscule in comparison to the type and quantity required to build muscle. I’ve been into physique training for almost…

Fr bro if I don’t jerk off in the morning n my gf teases me even a bit that day, I end up spending the rest of my day (prior to cumming) struggling to focus from being so horny lmao😂

Lmao you honestly think that the proteins formed during the creation of semen will be broken down and used to build muscle? You have zero credibility after something as dumb as that. Not to mention you’re calling people dumb but implying that anyone who masturbates is an addict. Have you thought that maybe you have lower than average test?

Not necessarily, if she stays with him after being hit then that’s partially on her if it happens again.

Lmao if you stay with someone that showcases mental instability and you continue to date them, then you are also partially responsible if she does something to you. Like a girl who dates a guy they know has cheated in the past and then get all upset when he does it to her. She knew from the beginning what type of person he was, she should’ve expected that he might do something similar to her…

What does this mean? If you ignore red flags then you’re not really that much of a victim when you inevitably get hurt.

Not to mention the massive favorability towards women in the STEM job market. I really fail to see how anyone is preventing women from getting STEM degrees like the universities love to claim

Oh for sure, we’ve gone from a society that fought for individuals to be whatever they want to a society that wants to put everyone in categories. Insane that most of the “woke” people can’t even recognize their own sexism and racism. their ideologies are literally predicated on gender and racial stereotypes

Actual data that shows discrimination. You have yet to show that venture capitalists discriminate against women. To do that you need to show that women are denied/receive funding at a different rate than men. To do this you need to show how many total men and women are attempting to get funding from VCs. If there’s a 100 men and 20 women that are trying to get VC funding, that doesn’t mean there’s outright discrimination. If out of the 100 men, 20 get funding and out of the 20 women 4 get fundin…

Exactly this forced diversity is gonna be detrimental to women in the long run. I would love to see studies done on how feminism’s push for more career women and having less children impacts women’s mental health. We need to start being more honest with people and tell them that for the most part you can choose your dream/passion as a job or you can choose money. We push this narrative that all jobs are equally valuable to the economy/society. This makes people getting lower paying degrees think…

Luckily there’s seems to be an increase in gyms geared towards guys like me lol. Trust me a lot of us don’t wanna make the average gym go-er uncomfortable, in fact we love seeing more people in the gym. But I do understand why many people get uncomfortable and why more and more of us are switching to “hardcore” gyms

I’m talking about venture capital funding specifically since that’s what you were talking about. I would agree that women being more likely to receive any loan bc the lender is also a women could be investigated. I don’t like to claim things are bias or discrimination until I see some solid evidence of it. You can’t look at these stats and just conclude bias, there are other factors that likely need to be controlled for to see if there is discrimination. Just like with the wage gap, when you loo…

It’s seems rather intellectually dishonest to throw the 36% of businesses being owned by women. The overwhelming majority of businesses are not in a category where funding from a venture capitalist would ever be an option. This goes for both male and female owned businesses. Example: you’re never gonna see a venture capitalist investing in small landscaping or salon business. What they should have shown is how many women there are trying to get venture capital funding to begin with. I’d be willi…

No I would consider what you’re doing fine, to me if you’re crying and then remove yourself and come back to the conversation when you’re ready is the proper thing to do. They’re talking about women who will cry to make a man feel bad about his position and thus comply with what the woman wants. Kudos to you for handling yourself that way!
