Present to the Moment i watched neither. if those routines work do them! if being fully unique with each interaction works for u then u should do this. the way to find out is to try it. find what works for u and do this. tweek it, adjust it. i would say withthe information u already gathered use the routines in the right moments, when u feel it fits because u are fully present. routines in pua are usually to beginn learing this, u shouldn't need them a few years in.
