Cops cannot present false facts. Additionally, they cannot post misinformation or lies on social media. You are discussing interrogation tactics which has absolutely nothing to do with the post. Are you a special child? Cause I’m proud of you if you are a special child. If not, you are a dumb dumb and may have the lord have mercy on your simple soul. Stop supporting police lies!

Why are you needing to defend lies from the police so hard? Are you one of those blue lives matter weirdos?

Every authorized lie you mentioned falls under 1 of the 4 categories that allow police to lie/mislead a suspect. Thank you for supporting my argument. Now, explain why you want the police to be able to lie about facts?

Yes. You have not.

Cops can lie about an extremely limited amount of things. If they lie about anything out of the 4 elements that they are allowed to lie about, they are violating the law. I am right and you are not. No need to defend your position because you are absolutely incorrect. Keep supporting lying police! It’s a real power move.

They can’t lie about material facts. And what are you attempting to argue? That cops should be able to lie? Why would you want that?

Lying in your capacity as a police officer is breaking the law. They are supposed to be held to a higher standard than you or I.

Internal reports? Reprimands? Citizens get punished by the justice system for braking the law and the same should be in place for police.

But this is a Facebook post so none of that is relevant.

I’m sure they do but I definitely know cops lie on the regular.

So I guess we’ll just take the cop’s word on this. They never lie or anything so we should definitely completely trust their response.

Wrong. Stop being the kind of person that cites other people’s comments. It’s petty. So you think rape victims and minors should have their names publicized also then, huh?

No one said anything about things being secret. I don’t think a party to either side of a rape trial should have their name publicized. I’m not asking for a secret tribunal. Also, I can’t believe you are this petty. Go back to work and stop wasting your time citing other people’s comments. Dans are better than that.

I’m actually just fucking with you cause you are going so hard on every comment. You are absolutely correct and may the lord bless you during this holiday season. You are a lion amongst sheep, my friend!

No one said that. Your statement is true but so is the statement “Michael Jordan is the GOAT”... neither make sense in the context of the collective conversation.

I’ve been a reporter and editor for three decades. Did you even look up what you sent? Paragraph nine speaks about exactly what I sent to you.

You are actually incorrect. Esplanade v Wisconsin, 1969, established that a publicly circulated publication may not name a minor victim. The penalty is statutory and it imposes a fine. It was challenged at the state appeal level and then transferred to a federal jurisdiction for further review. 3 judges wrote affirmative opinions and one wrote a descending opinion. You are highlighting the descending opinion by googling the stubenville situation. You can google it but it’s better if you are just…

Gotta crack some eggs to make an omelet, huh? I’m uncool with peoples lives being ruined over false accusations. I’d understand your sentiment if the media and society as a whole weren’t so quick to jump to conclusions. These processes should be private for all parties until innocence or guilt is proven. If an individual is found guilty, the additional victims can then come forward. The current process forces a guilty until proven innocent scenario and that is literally the complete opposite of …

Joe Pesci is ignoring that it’s prohibited to publish the names of minors and rape victims.

They can’t publish the names of victims or minors. I’ve never proven a statement wrong so quickly. Thank you for allowing me to unlock this achievement.

Where in the constitution does it say that someone accused of rape needs to have their name in the public domain before being found guilty?

I wish you hadn't explained that you were being sarcastic. You went from being funny to being a Jerry and everyone knows Jerry is a dick. It's weird to yell out the specific charge when being victimized by a criminal. Had drone boy yelled she's attacking me or she's hitting me, I would think nothing of it. But, to tell out that he is being assaulted is super fucking weird. If you feel like you would yell that you are being assaulted also, you are a weirdo too.

I hate both of these people. The lady because she is a crazy lunatic and the creepy drone boy cause he yells, "your assaulting me!" which is a super weird, specifically litigious choice of words.

The majority of women are not physically strong enough to carry the dead weight of a man. Decisions like these put lives at risk.

This is an important step in gender equality and real feminists should support these kinds of decisions.
