Boxing is so nice, it's literally all cardio, and you're really learning a skill that will always remain, the only difference if you stop training is your cardio isn't so good. If you goto a good enough gym they will get you training for a while then introduce you to sparring when you're ready, and even in proper sparring you won't take any damage as most guys know to go easy on new guys, even when you're more experienced it's really about clean work and speed. Power has no place in sparring.

I box and I can tell you from that perspective like 99% of people are over their natural weight. Bulk is quite nice but there's not much better for cardio than boxing and the technical side and especially sparring is very nice. I would say don't run more than 6km 3 times a week and people say do it at a pace where you can easily talk in a conversation

Yup, I'm saving for a decent deposit and weighing/ balancing getting out of a toxic household with putting myself in the best financial position. I spent about 6 months in Australia when I was 15, I'm 20 now. Beautiful country, I went to Sydney, barol, Griffith and Darwin all lovely. Houses in my country are expensive as fuck as well mate, I thought to myself the other day, I'm doing better than 99% of my age group, if nobody can afford to buy houses surely the price will just drop, then I realised, no they won't, they'll just find more inventive ways for people to pay for them. Never owned Oakleys but have a few pairs of Ray bans, if you get the aviators and the wafers (or whatever they're called, black thicker more square ones) they'll probably last a lifetime with care.
