It's an abuse tactic. Any "number" can be made a negative putting the guy in the right.

You don’t have to be with people who treat you badly. RP folks aspire to that. You deserve to be with people who like you want to be with you.

People who focus on themselves instead of pursuing relationships are doing a lot right. If that’s what someone is really doing they don’t need to come to MGTOW groups, consume, and comment.

It’s pretty simple but not easy. Keep company with people who you like and are good for you. Keep an open mind while balancing that by avoiding wishful thinking. It takes time and work and beginning this conversation with internet strangers is a step forward. Keep it up. Remember the small victories.

Forget about all of the gender business. Work on yourself. That’s what therapists help you do. The hard part is being honest with yourself. There are no quick fixes. Give yourself credit for progress.

It's pretty simple. The number of people you have had sex with will always be wrong. The point is to put you on the defensive, get on a good side they will never give you. They're teaching emotional abuse and for you to stay in that cycle. Great job getting out. It's so hard and you're slaying it even it's only an inch at a time.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
