I know its hard but try to incorporate the exercise in your daily life, ride a bike to work or use the stairs instead of an elevator, a bonus is that you sleep better if your body is tired and people give you appreciation for exercising.

We have tried Ritalin (too short effective time) and are now trying Conserta: 36mg (longer lasting) both have the same active ingredient Metylfenidat and it works okay for my son. a small sidenote: My ex-wife went to a self defense class and learned similar techniques, they don't work.
