They need to do far more than a review, but we all know that isn't going to happen. The risk if nothing is done is very high for everyone, both men and women. Was watching Sky News this lunchtime. For what it's worth, I agree with you. Peterson looked good only compared to the interviewer who barely understands what debate is - the arguments Peterson put forward were often low quality.

My girlfriend did a Ruby on Rails course and shortly after graduating went along to a Rails Girls meetup. In theory if director's constantly chose poor actors because of sexual favours, their movies would suck, lose money and eventually they'd stop being able to direct films. The fact that there appears to be so much sex-for-parts going on suggests that actors and actresses are fairly interchangable, despite their enormous salaries.

Yeah, this. Maudlin might be the rest of feminist SJW culture but that isn't as strong in finance as it is in tech and Silicon Valley. Most likely the real problem is that the people who run Equifax couldn't stomach the idea of a long haired bearded dude whose hobbies include watching Star Trek having a C-suite position, despite the need, and nor could such a dude stomach the idea of sitting in strategy meetings and playing golf all day.
