I used to have trouble closing as well I think the move is to, rather than throw a hail-mary all the way, just do some baby steps. If there's a girl who enjoys hanging out with you but you don't know how to close or aren't sure or just generally afraid, take her to a bar or a club where you find yourself more comfortable.
