being fat has nothing todo with pickup skills but looking good at areas that needs improvement is the best way to go but ofcourse one has to trim down for health reasons and inner game ive seen fat guys pull girls in the club without issues at all. gtfo!

Closed Note: -The steps above are the general idea only and this does not include your posture/body language, overall get up and voice intonation. -#4 and #5 should include handling obstacles via frame control etc. -check on youtube for more infos about cold approach.
