3	If you want to stay safe don't interact men at all. The page you linked has no statistics on drink spiking, other than saying hundreds of people are thought to be victims of drink spiking. It also points out that the most common drug used for spiking is alcohol. I in no way disagree, but that doesn't seem like the type of extremely dangerous thing date rape drug use would be. And when listing actual date rape drugs it just points out they "reportedly" have been used for this purpose. And the preference really becomes clear when you are at least a teen, and more likely in your 20s. 3	Even when I file for financial aid. I believe the point is to remove unnecessary administration. If you get them to sign up, the only point where any actual selection and determination of whether they are or are not disabled enough to be disqualified happens when a draft is in process.
