I got a letter demanding I attended jury selection. After the great injustice in regard to my divorce I was less than enthusiastic. I refused and emphasized my distain and contempt for a 16th century legal system that nobody can afford. I indicated justice is only for those who can afford a VERY expensive lawyer. My jury selection was canceled.

I found that nobody cares, no one is going to rescue you and you are your best friend. Dating at 60 has always ended the same. Once I weed out the gold diggers, world travelers, pension seekers poor health issues etc it amounts to priorities. It's difficult to have logic and emotions working well at the same time. It's why doctors and lawyers don't usually represent themselves. It's easy to skip over logic when dopamine/love blinds red flags. It's the ancient pitfall of men and women and the family court system take full advantage of it.

That would be ideal ( and it would truely be my preference) but in today's western world it rarely happens. Social media ruined it. The financial risk vastly out weighs the fantasy of a great loving relationship. Most of my friends and I have lost our life's work as our legal system is out to lunch and rewards poor choices and bad behavior. The world has changed. People are rarely satisfied now. At any time there are 4 billion other options on the phone. It's difficult to complete with the entire world. Social media has ruined dating and relationships.

You have yet to realize how fortunate you are...you will eventually absolutely cherish your freedom. Motorcycle, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling or what ever moves your curtains WITHOUT a controlling woman's approval or permission. If you're sexually active then just rent them. That way they can't take your life's work and assets from you because their " I love you but not in love with you' bullshit. Give it time...happy apexes!

Say nothing, empty the joint account NOW before she does. Make your own account and keep your mouth shut. Line up a new apartment, get a lawyer then blind side her like most women do to men. That would indeed be a breath of fresh air and a pleasant change. Eventually find one of 4 billion women... Be kind but firm.

Once/ if ever, men wake up and start thinking with their big head...it shall be the end of mankind at least in western civilization. Just rent women, it's much more affordable and financially less risky. Our legal system gave my ex my life's work. If I had just rented them from day 1, I would be a wealthy man in lieu of having nothing.

Met my girl in 1992. I took her and her daughter on, I bought a new house, gave her daughter a back yard and upscale friends and a reliable family unit. 32 years later my now ex became a different woman, violent, abusive and so she moved on.
