I truly want to understand because I don't experience in my everyday life this kind of society made of feminized men, and childish/bitchy-acting women you are talking about. Ok, I'll try to explain me in a better way : for me, I can't understand why the story of an abusive woman, beating her child, leads you to the conclusion that women in general are degrading the society values . I fight against double standard everytime I can, but I have to admit that this kind of gender biased stories make me feels that, trying to defend man's right, you're making the same mistake the feminists do. 2	Research shows Female Genital Mutiliation reduces the risk of HIV infection amongst women. This is frequently used as a reason for promoting male circumscision, so where does that leave us...? Yes, but what I don't get it's that it should be a fight against genital mutilation, introducing it with the gender question here (Wich gender as the worst situation in GM... ) implies that the double standard is the main issue.
