Just because a female brain may be predisposed to hypergamous thoughts, doesn’t make you necessarily responsible for those thoughts. You are responsible for your actions. Stay off TRP for a while and try meditation :)

In reference to acknowledging your partner, I couldn’t agree more. I’m halfway through “How to Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnegie, in which he writes the deepest human desire is to be appreciated/important. Really entertaining book too.

You fear him? He forces himself on you? I’m not sure there’s anything to save here, except your child.

I’d always taken pride in my ability to provide wholly for myself/not rely on anyone (due to childhood experiences) etc. When I became comfortable accepting help/chivalry/random acts of kindness from my SO, they started happening more regularly. Eg. SO cooks dinner occasionally- I thank him lavishly and ask if he needs assistance, rather than taking over the cooking. Practicing gracious acceptance of generosity is as importance as giving generously imo :)

Slow, deliberate movements- hip thrusts, squats and bicycles. I personally prefer yoga for an at home workout- check out Yoga with Adrienne on YT, for a huge variety of targeted videos. Try Whitney Simmons for some lifting inspiration. If you want to keep a feminine shape, consider working more on shoulders and arms- when shoulders are defined you can create the illusion of an even smaller waist. Enjoy your holiday ☺️

There’s a whole lot that come up when you search “split perspective books”, so you could find books of your preferred genre written in that style. Latest ones I read was Game of Thrones, which is very illustrative, but also pretty long. Give it a go though ☺️

Try reading some fiction? :) Even reading about different made up characters thoughts/feelings/perspectives could help you develop that ability to think from other’s points of view.

A shared project can be a fun way to spend time/grow together. Your new house need any work done? Paint the walls, create a garden, redesign something... or surprise him with a weekend away :)

It's helped me to think about myself as the creator of all my happiness. Taking the pressure off women to make you happy or be a certain way might be beneficial for everyone involved. Your hobbies sound great, but do you do them socially? Social interaction is incredibly important for self esteem. Maybe join a band?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
