My husband and I are best friends, we’ve always stayed up every night playing some sort of co op game/and be intimate, I love that we enjoy all of the same things, even the same crappy reality tv shows, and we both genuinely love being parents, taking our kids to the park, or out to pick out a toy is a huge treat for both of us, and I feel insanely lucky to have met my best friend in my husband.

I personally think it has a ton to do with what you saw and observed growing up, little girls ( especially in my family) were essentially raised to be house wife’s, only one of us became one ( me) but still, my other sisters are married, wanted to get married, and have kids, we were also pressured by our older family members to get married and have children, I know that sounds kind of weird, but to me hook ups and fwb type relationships aren’t received very well at all where I’m from, you get la…

Im a stay at home mom, I do as much cleaning as I can during the day and I homeschool my two children, I also cook every meal, when my husband gets off work we eat dinner together and he helps me clean up and put the kids to bed, not because I make him but he actively wants to help me out at home, just like how I pack his lunches and clean his scrubs, he helps me out whenever he gets a chance, the past two days are a perfect example, I’m sick with bronchitis and he called out of work to help me,…

When I met my husband he was in school full time, didn’t work and lived with his grandparents, I worked full time overnight as a stocker and I was saving money to go to school, I basically payed for everything the first four years we were together, after I got unexpectedly pregnant he then finished his degree and we planned on both working and sharing the load, but I hurt my back, and now have mobility issues so I’m a stay at home mom, my husband and I work more like a team, it’s not at all like…

My family is super catholic , idk if that clears anything up, but the mere fact I was out with a man, having a drink, was improper to them ( my parents)

I’m 100% in a better place now! Thank you, it’s like anytime I comment about this sort of thing at all a ton of people come out and start calling me a victim, I was asking for it, the whole works, in reality I just went to therapy and worked through my trauma, my life is pretty boring and normal now

That’s kind of where I was going when I made the comment, like when I met my husband I was very very transparent about everything, and like most people here he didn’t consider them part of a body count

Depends on who you ask, I have literal siblings who think being sexually assaulted makes you easy and you were asking for it, I’ve met their friends who think the same way, hell my own MOTHER told me not to tell anyone because it was my fault I got drunk in the first place, for the longest time my body count was 6 because everyone around me had convinced me it was my fault, that’s literally the only reason I commented, because my body count did technically change

Does this include sexual assualts or not?? My “ full “ number would be six, four of those guys happened all at once while I was blackout drunk at a party, and for the longest time I felt nothing but shame about it because literally everyone said it was my fault, after years and years of therapy, I would consider my body count two, there’s only two men I have willingly slept with.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
