How is he BP? He’s telling people to improve themselves, become responsible and stop being pathetic. If that’s not red pill I don’t know what is.

Getting into the 20% is really fucking easy if you’re not horribly stupid/lazy/ugly.

You’re absolutely right. Talking should be easy. It should be something you scarcely have to think about. I don’t mean deep philosophical conversations but daily small talk, just being able to start a conversation out of nowhere and keeping it going for as long as you like. You only learn stuff like that from talking to people a lot. That’s what anxious people are told by their therapists. You’re not going to overcome your shyness by meditating or lifting, though they might help push you towards…

I don’t get the hate Tinder gets here. I’ve got laid from 4 different women in the last 4 weeks just by using Tinder. No real effort put in, though all of them were ~1-2 points below me, as women are hypergamous and I’m not used to flirt with girls above my SMV. It’s super nice to know that at any time I’ll be able to bang a brand new chick, just like that. You can’t buy that with money (having sex with a prostitute is 10 times worse than having sex with a girl who is honestly attracted to you).

How do you pose to make your body look as good as it can? I’m athletic and have a body almost as good as ”Zach” but still struggle to show it. I don’t want to post shirtless pics.

How else can you have children and focus on your career the same time? Just because statistically the number of traditional marriages is declining doesn’t mean that you couldn’t have a successful marriage. I mean isn’t the Red Pill movement itself statistically insignificant? And it still works for its disciples. I want to pass on my genes. It’s like the sexual urge, it’s something that is woven into the very fabric of my existence. At least for me it’s a part of meaningful life. Just like worki…

You gave her 2 many chances. That last night, I’ve never been so desperate to go that far in order to get laid. If she doesn’t respond, that’s it. If you insist you’ll look like an asshole 9/10 times. Don’t be weak and don’t let pussy control your behavior. In my eyes you lost even if you got laid.

I think that most men who have traumatic experiences etc. benefit greatly from talking about them. It’s only that the person should be your parent, sibling, closest friend or a therapist. I often find myself wanting to talk about things that could hurt my reputation to people I don’t know that well. People talk, even though they might not be malevolent they can for example get drunk and accidentally share sensitive information with others. That’s why you should be very careful about your words a…

I do not agree 100% with everything you said but I totally agree that you need to have a backbone. Have some goddamn self respect. I’d never hand over my manhood because of a momentary pleasure. Being able to stand behind my actions and words is better than sex.

You're in an enviable position. I wonder how you came across TRP being a surgeon and all that. I'm a long way from FIRE but I'm just happy fulfilling my plan every day.

This is really good and comprehensive piece of advice. However, if you want to be a lawyer or high-ranking government official, DON'T do anything illegal as it can cost you your whole career later in life. It might not, but I know I wouldn't the the shot. And if you live in a country with free university education, get educated for God's sake! I'm fortunate enough to live in a country where all education is free of charge. I study law in a prestigious university, government pays for my rent, foo…

There’s this shallow surface in everyday life and interactions. Good news is that it can be shattered and you can have meaningful and interesting conversations pretty easily. You just have to sort of EXIST in the moment, at a meta-level. You should be able to sense your friends’ feelings and demeanor. If you can sense something, then ask your friend a question or otherwise steer the conversation into that way. The deep and meaningful will follow. I hope you got something out of this, because the…

At some point you’ll find out that it’s actually easier going to the gym vs. not going. Trust me, you’re going to feel this constant vitality/wellness in your body. Remember to eat (protein and enough calories), rest and lift more every time you go to the gym. Don’t forget stretching and cardio.

Yes! A good salesman approaches as many people as he can because he knows that no matter what there are people who are never going to buy anything from him. It’s the tiny proportion of people who brings all the revenue. So he seeks out these people and when he finds such a person, that’s when his skills as a salesman become relevant.

I know, right? I’d also argue that it feels way better to be high SMV, and that’s like a constant effect. After a while of delaying satisfaction you’ll start to feel this high, a sense of purpose or a vision. I take working hard to be the best version of myself every time over being a beta that has to lie to get low-quality pussy.

Your strategy seems like it could backfire badly. Sugar babies are essentially prostitutes and one may always have a PIMP etc. Lying to a hooker and then not paying is way too risky and hell of a hassle after sex. I’d assume that you’d often have troubles kicking her out and sometimes have to deal with false rape accusations. Also, it’s 100x better to actually be wealthy, fit and successful than to fake it. But that takes a lot of work to achieve. Being a man is difficult, and that is what the R…

You’re taking things too far when you’re contemplating about fighting 6 guys at the same time. You don’t have to fight to have a frame. At least not in civilized countries.

The point of being a victim is, that you start looking for the oppressor. If you truly want to change you need to turn your focus inside you, look for the things that frighten you. If no woman wants to sleep with you, you’re the one who needs to change. Realization is the first step. Then begins the journey through hell. But only when you overcome your greatest fear can you be free.

It’s so freeing. I’m already hosting parties and participating in many different activities. I come across a humorous and likable guy. The base theory is totally right when claiming that it’s easier to form new social circles than rising in the existing ones. Thank you my friend!

That first line is from Matrix, right? Weird because I just watched the same scene, which was recommended, on YouTube today. Nevertheless your post is a good reminder. It seems like I need reminders more and more these days. Moving to another city to start uni, getting a roommate and building a social circle in a place full of strangers. For the past few days I was kind of lost and I’d forgotten what I wanted from life. I find it paramount to get out of rut ASAP whenever one occurs. Knowing and …

I agree that one should be living as free as one can, but a lot of your arguments are twisted and many of your facts wrong. 30% of kids don’t know their real fathers? Come on, at least link the source of this information. And about marriage. Of all the old people I know, the loneliest and most dissatisfied, resentful ones are those who never got married and had kids. You should think twice about purposefully not getting married.

When you set goals, you set them in a way that they are measurable, eg. how many hours of work put into a certain goal, benching 100 kg or getting the degree or job you always wanted. That’s how you measure progress, and that why you set goals that can be measured. ”Becoming a better person” is a good mindset but not useful strategy when aiming for personal development. You can’t lie to yourself when the numbers or facts are in front of you.
