Yeah all I could think about was that my life was basically over if I did get charged. Not something you want to put on job apps everytime you go to apply. After all was said and done my lawyer (who was a really good family friend) somehow got it so it was taken off my record. I got very lucky with how it all turned out, my life could have been much different.

Yeah it was shitty all around. Luckily it was right before summer break so just about everyone forgot about it by next school year. Hell my friends don't even remember anymore

We still hung out in secret right up until the final court appearance. Then our lawyers found out and I got a really Stern talking to from mine. Had to give him my phone and what not so he could physically delete the numbers and all that. I've always wondered how it's going with her but at this point it's probably just best to let it be and move on. It was probably 10 years ago now.

Yeah and the police literally took her sheets, pillows, and stuffed animals. They also took the garbage can that the condom was in. It was literally the shitiest time of my life. People in my school found out and I lost all but like two buddies. I had guys shoving me into lockers and threatening me. But later on everyone found out it was all bullshit and then turned on her. Edit: she was going to be 16 in a week and I just turned 17

Damn same thing happened to me. Her parents found out and took my ass to court and tried saying I raped her and this and that. They forbid us to see each other while it was all going on. But we still passed notes in high school. So I got her to sign and date them and then I gave them to my lawyer. Basically all the notes said that she didn't want any of this and it was all her dad's idea. The judge saw them and basically threw the case out. All I had to pay was hospital bills for which is way be…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
