The reason the cop was there is because a neighbor accused her of trying to break into her boyfriends truck, it was determined later that she didn't do that. Ergo, she was being falsely accused of breaking into the vehicle. I think any prison time, the felony convictions, and sex offender registry are all ridiculous.
