4	Sums it up I force myself to push my shoulder blades to the back whenever I am conscious about by standing/sitting posture. So nowadays I have this "heroic/proud" stance that you see in shows. By pushing the shoulder blades to the back and holding them at that position until you feel tired. Rest and redo the process. The standing posture is easy to correct, I'd say easily 2 weeks to get yourself used to proper posture. Then later on is conscious action till it becomes a habit.
