Can understand your thinking dude. However it’s simply not the case, it’s 63 days and unfortunately it can hang around that long, longer even.

Yep, thanks bud. I’ve heard mid piss, definitely not the first stream though

It really is “they”. We discussed using clean piss but they’re not comfortable with it in case something goes wrong. You’re right, they could be lying but I don’t believe they are, there’s no reason for them to lie to me, I’m not the one judging them. It might already be too late for quick fix. I’ve spent hours looking on forums, some people don’t piss clean till near on 100 days!!

Dude, I absolutely assure you they are. Theyve done 7 tests over the last 4 weeks. Trust me, this isn’t a test issue and this isn’t an issue on whether they’ve actually stoppped or not. This is purely based on it still being in the system and how best to purge it in such a short time frame. For info, they were a heavy smoker, daily for 5 years. Thanks for the response, appreciated. I’ve come across your responses elsewhere so will advise them accordingly.

Shit deal dude. Get a copy of the company disciplinary process. Read through it with a fine tooth comb and/or go a lawyer and formulate a plan to go to an employment tribunal (uk terminology). A high proportion of cases are successful simply because the employer didn’t follow the process to the absolute letter. Trust me, I know. Even if you were completely in the wrong, which it doesn’t sound like you were, if the employer hasn’t followed process the tribunal judge will feck them up. You may get…

Had to chime in on this one. LTR for nearly 4 yrs. Loads of red flags to start but hadn’t come across trp until a year in. Even with all my knowledge I STILL decided to move in, however I did this knowing that I was just taking my turn and was prepared for whatever came my way. A couple of disrespectful situations later I had started to plan my move out. Two weeks ago decided to go through a convo with her best friend. Noticed the gaps in conversation (deleted messages). Came across some other d…

Divorced a few months ago. I got everything I requested which is quite abnormal for a man, even more so in my country where the divorce laws overwhelmingly favour the woman. However, before anyone gets excited what I requested was to keep my pension, not pay alimony and force the house to be sold... at the cost of 85% of the house equity to her. That was the cost of severing her from my life. Worth every fucking penny. Now I’m building from scratch but with some hard earned and expensive wisdom.…

You've hit upon a good point wrt the low confidence cycle. If I had to pick the most problematic area of my life it would be this. There are times in my life (fortnately quite a few) when I am simply the man, unfazed, truly and deeply confident with all aspects of my life, however there are also times (more than I care for) when my confidence is very low, I do a good job masking it but it still is a mask. I'd be interested to see a post with some actionable advice on maintaining congruence when …

No victim but my experience was... shall we say - interesting. Wouldn't change it for the world now, it forges a strength that can only come from pain. You're good brother.

Used it to catch cheating wife a few yrs ago, great app. Final divorce hearing next month and it's a toss up between a bad outcome and a really bad outcome. Fair play to you if yours is trustworthy, always pays to have a plan though.

Thats excellent, so you have a perfect blank slate to start from. Implementing even the most basic RP philosophies will immediately take you up a notch or two. I'm going to keep an eye on you and watch you keep getting your small wins. Within 3 months I expect at the very least some form of employment, some form of consistent exercise, minimal wanking, no porn and a bit of a plan for what you're going to do with your life next. Of course, because your a fuck up you more than likely won't do anyt…

If you feel insecure about a situation your view may be tainted emotionally... but you may still be right. If your calm and rational intuition tells you something is off, for the love of Christ listen to it. Something is off. Self trust is an important tool to develop.

This. Loneliness is quite possibly mans greatest enemy. If you can defeat it, and you can, then this is one of the key markers of a man.

The manosphere could very well be the ripple that turns the tide in future generations. The knowledge that we now have simply didn't exist, certainly not for the average man, in years gone by. None of us can unlearn what we have learnt so we must now use this knowledge to drive a new life where we are the centre point first and foremost.

It's worse than that, it's neither the marriage nor the children. It's the decision to stay because of male 'feelz'.

Been here dude, doesn't end well. Stop trying to rationalise it to yourself. Start putting together your escape plan and execute at the appropriate time. Good luck and Godspeed.

Totally resonated with me. Oneitis but luckily not too extreme. Started the relationship pre redpill but her lack of "fuck yes" pushed me here. Started to manage it with rp elements but it was probably too late. Walked away mid vacation last week, ghosted and haven't looked back. Good post op.

I'm happy to "discuss" on the Internet. Yes, he's stating obvious facts and yes it's standard sidebar stuff but reiterating these points breeds eventual internalisation. That's a good thing in my book.

A dilemma... What to do if your gut tells you that she could or would, not quite the same as knowing. For me knowing is a done deal but if you "think" they would/could do you act on this? It's easy to say pay no mind to it or don't try to control it, if it happens it happens but adopting this mindset isn't as easy. That being said having an abundance mentality and spinning some plates definitely helps.

You're where you're meant to be... right now and believe it or not you will someday appreciate this position. You are clearly aware enough to know that you are better than this so put all of this good advice that you are getting into practice. Build solid habits and commit to improving. Do not use motivation, it is an emotional response, use self discipline, it is a logical response. Read my previous post "a gift to my sons", hopefully this will help. You're alive, coherent and partially aware, …

Another older guy chiming in. Can confirm, marriage is a no no. Just about to be divorce raped but at least I get to sever her (not literally of course). I was just pondering some thoughts regarding trp. I totally agree it's an awesome toolbox to use if you can select the meaningful points and lose the shit that sometimes ends up here. My thoughts: Although trp isn't mainstream as of yet it is becoming more and more so. Is anyone aware of any anti-trp methods that women are employing? Given the …

Good post. Similar boat to you in many respects. Regarding hair, full head although my greys are upping the ante, not sure about the dyeing thing though. Can you see yourself doing it?

Please do, I'd be interested in your viewpoint. I'm not sure oneitis is borne from neediness, if I had to guess I'd say it comes from being with someone that ticks a lot of the boxes that you look for in a woman coupled with the fact that she doesn't submit to you easily, is charismatic and is not as into you as you are her. I'd say 90% of the women I've been with were more in love with me than me them, mainly because I was less interested and had an abundance mentality. I also agree that men ar…

Appreciate the feedback, this is what I'm after, not praise. I'll draw anything constructive and incorporate it. This is supposed to be a back up guide to the real world examples I try to impart to them and I think or at least hope it will be practical to them at some point. You have kids so you'll know just how reasonable they are and how they absorb your advice and put it into practice 😏 Thanks again

WTF, the kid's a legend full stop. I fucked my mum's hot friend when I was 14. Sorry, let me rephrase that, I got fucked, multiple times, by my mum's hot friend when I was 14. I think it's pretty clear who the emotionally damaged one is. Ahh, sweet sweet memories...
