3	Uncomfortable Fact: Women Are Incompetent That's a generic term that means nothing (Officers on the other hand...Article 133), they can get you on article 134 for literally anything if they want to (which I believe is where conduct unbecoming is located). They can still get you for fraternization if they think you are giving special treatment, even if you aren't, by Army regulations. 1	Uncomfortable Fact: Women Are Incompetent I called them all chief, even the CMC, until I had my conversation with the Senior Chief, hell I even addressed him as chief when he walked up to the smoking area and he didn't say anything. I wasn't an asshole about it, I legit didn't know and they were cool about it. 1	Uncomfortable Fact: Women Are Incompetent The Army's policy on officer enlisted relationships is similar. Chief's are still NCO's. I had the pleasure of working with some Navy Chiefs when I was at Camp David. We had the only smoking area on the installation so they all had to come down and smoke. Nice guys, they taught me the finer points of addressing Navy senior NCO's, although they had no problems with me addressing all of them as Chief, even the CMC. 3	Uncomfortable Fact: Women Are Incompetent Navy policy maybe, military policy in general...no. I was in the Army and was fucking this e-3 (I was an e-6) at the time and I scoured the regs for all the fraternization stuff. The only thing explicitly banned is officer - enlisted relationships. Other than that as long as there is no chain of command issues, UCMJ wise it's fine.
