As someone in a wheelchair who is active in a few disability subreddits I can tell you 99% of all the cringe posts there are females seeking attention. "I'm a disabled (depressed) sex worker, can I get some love 🥺👉👈" is one of the more common ones. Usually they have just exhausted their thirst outlets so they claim disability.
