I'm sorry, this makes no sense. As far as I understand it you are the one who would have to acknowledge being the father to be put on the birth certificate, and in the event of disputed parenthood there should be a way to get a paternity test to establish whether you are the parent or not.

Since these accusations are so common it just leads to a situation where less men want to get into education as they don't want to be accused of something they never did. At least that is why I personally dismissed ever trying to have a career in teaching.
