Yeah, about 50% of my legal budget went to no shows. I show up with my lawyer and her lawyer says, she's "sick" and it gets put over. I won in the end, but she never helped with the bills. What am I going to sue her for $50 a month? I went bankrupt too.

This is our 4th custody battle, I've won each one self represented. I'll win this one too. She assaulted our son when he was four months old and tried to pin it on me. I have pictures, affidavits, you name it. This new lawyer of hers is a real prick, but what can I do about it? I can't afford a lawyer. I had a lawyer many years ago. She blew through every penny I had in a few months. Lawyers are parasites. PARASITES.

It was a lawyer who fucked me over. He's a real white knight. Every time I was in court there were at least a dozen lawyers who stood by in silence as I got fucked over. Doctors take a Hippocratic oath, why not lawyers? Your profession has the reputation it deserves.

Legal aid turned me down, thanks to that secret order bullshit. They don't represent abusers... unless they're women of course. My ex has always had a free lawyer.

The lying spills over into other areas of law as well. Divorce, custody, domestic violence. Our legal system has been cucked.

It's chess, not boxing. It's all mental. Could it be that in addition to being stronger men are also smarter?

Well, when I had full custody for four years she was orderd to pay $80 a month. She never paid a dime. If I tried that I'd lose my drivers license and probably end up in jail. Systemic sexism?

I have 50/50 custody but pay $500 a month in child support. Perhaps you and your feminist friends could look into that as well.

What about the points I raised in my last comment? As a feminist are you going to campaign for harsher sentences for women in the criminal courts?
/r/MensRights06/09/16 05:12 PM

There are areas where inequality favours women (alimony, divorce, custody, criminal sentencing, health spending, educational spending....) but feminists don't campaign for equality in said areas, they campaign to maintain or increase the inequality.

I really hate it when someone tells me I have to like something or I'm a misogynist. It reminds me of Catholic school. Ironically, feminists use the same type of ideological rhetoric as the Catholic patriarchs. Compare "If you're not a good Catholic you'll burn in hell" to "If you don't like this movie you're a misogynist". Same shit.

Not everyone who is falsely accused gets their day in court. Prosecutors will say just about anything to get you to plead guilty. If your lawyer sucks or you don't have one you're screwed.

This happens from time to time. You'll get used to it. Be flattered that she thinks you're an Alpha male. They don't bother to tear down betas. BTW, sounds cliche, but get an alibi. The prosecutor needs to prove that you were present at the time and place she alleges the crime to have occurred. Without that there is no case.

Jian Ghomeshi. He stayed with mommy after being accused. I'm sure the authoritues never really thought he was guilty though.
