Sorry you are going through this. If you read a lot of posts here, you will find similar stories. The other commenters are correct. The introduction of swinging is just a way to absolve herself of any guilt about cheating. It's fucked up thinking, but it is what it is. It is also a way to hide any STDs and false paternity. I would recommend you get checked for STDs and get DNA tests for your children. I was in a rage with my ex when she recommended swinging. Years later, I am happy! Once I saw A…

Thank you. Stories like this is the reason why I never married my long term partner. It's like you can never know if it was the plan all along or if she became unhappy at some point along the way and hopped off the rode once the winnings were in hand. I know you'll come out of this better and everything will work out for you in the end.

I’ve been attempting to swallow the pill for 8 years by reading watching Yt , and observation. For me being red pill aware is most important. Becoming red pilled requires a lot of disciple and self awareness. I think once I internalize that. Dealing with the world is easier. Men and women are saying they’re the prize. Somebody lying.

Odd question, but did she expect you to inherit the money beforehand?

I was there. A flood of rage unlike any I’ve experienced. Only made worse by small micro aggressions. I tried like 5 different hobbies. Nothing stuck for me. I started a business and drove for Uber not for the money per se, just to interact with new people outside of dating to take my mind off it for a while. I felt slight rage yesterday. As the people on here say, it takes time and it’s true. It has progressively lessened but it rears its ugly head frequently. A good therapist helps. I found th…

Did the DNA and STD. We broke up 18 months ago or that’s when she left. I’ve tried different hobbies, even started a new business. I think when I wrote the post it was just the initial shock and wanting revenge. I’ll take another commenters advice and see if it just subsides.

Yea it’s easier said than done. Every time I begin to prosper, the mf does something to try manipulate me or the oldest. Because I see it now, it actually funny. But when I wrote the post, it made me just think of all the times I was played like a fools.

You are 1000% correct. I’m calm now. The initial shock just hit me. I’ve been sober for a year. No thoughts of drinking. But I have thoughts of revenge which seems stupid. However, when you realize how much you were gaslit and lied to even after making positive changes, it’s a knee jerker.

Thank you. When I was meditating I was doing good at different points. It’s like I forget about it and then spiral out. This is great advice. I try casual sex. It is fleeting. It only holds me over for so long. Also, I’m wayyyy more selective now, especially since I don’t want to date women with kids and at my age, that’s like finding a needle in a haystack.

Thank you. I have been watching the news religiously since Covid hit until about January of this year. Sprinkle some RP Truths in there and it’s a bad combination. Thank you for the advice.

Supposedly her therapist. While we were together 9 years, she told me it was pmdd. Afterwards she told me it was self diagnosis. If you look up pmdd, you will see how much of a mind fuck this was for me to find out that was a lie a few months ago. We were never married. She goes to therapy by herself because she can’t maintain a job longer that 2 years, and has a hard time with general life skills.

This is what I’ve seen mostly too. But I have also seen women who are better manipulators go down in suitors but end up marrying a man who has lost a spouse, an alcoholic, or overall older simp that has money It’s crazy. I watch now in dismay.

My situation is similar. I get triggered by the poor care with regard to a lot. How do you differentiate between ignoring it and addressing it?The shit drives me up the fucking walls. Basic parenting skills is a challenge. It literally takes a doctor to explain what is normal and what is not. Some say they are the oldest teenager in the house. I think I'm dealing with an 8 year old.

DO NOT take this shit personal. It's biological. It's subconsciously the competition for her and for you. She knows how you feel and it's essentially the feeling of two guys fighting over her. If you have read any of the crimson literature, they suggest you show your wife you can get other women (while married) and it will ramp up her sex drive. I'm 1.5 years out. Once you have or she thinks you have someone else and you improve yourself and your mindset, the tide will turn. It looks like for he…

After a year, I am in the exact same boat as you. I fucking love it though. Its like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I read and read and read all the subreddits for men and somehow it just clicked like literally 2 weeks ago. Who gives a fuck. Got ghosted on a date? I dont give a fuck. Not texting back? I dont give a fuck. Theres a new tango class? Fuck it I'll try it. It's the most liberating feeling in the world for me. I too feel the need to get into a relationship. But I realized d…

I think dread is needed. Take her out of the house. Hopefully you're in an urban area. See if she mate guards. I think competition will get the ball rolling. But what do I know?

Women will literally tell themselves "that didn't count". As time goes on, I've seen women "forget", their past indiscretion. When people tell themselves a lie long enough, they begin to believe it.

Make it a statement with voice inflection and all. Don't say it as if it's up for discussion.
