Thanks. I submitted a complaint to the following website. http://www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/css/resource/state-and-tribal-child-support-agency-contacts I received a phone call and I can see changes to my case on the AG website. Then today I received a letter in the mail asking me to update my employment status and requesting the amount of unemployment I receive. I have been with the same company for over 12 yrs. The AG claims they do not have an updated address. They have no issues garnishing my w…

I appreciate the time you took to respond. He has asked me a lot of questions. I only asked him to tell the truth and I would never be mad at him. He did tell the judge he didn't want to decide who to live with. He didn't want anyone to be mad at him. He did confirm he had been coached and told what to say, but said it was still what he wanted. I would provide more info, but we will be in court again soon. Thanks!

I don't want to say to much, but the judge had someone testify they didn't tell him what to say. Then the judge asked my son. My son confirmed everything, so they lied to the judge and under oath (purgery). My lawyer did a great job setting this up.

I'll let you know what the judge says.

Thanks! I had so many people tell me if I don't have evidence of physical or emotional abuse I am wasting my time and money. At least I know I am trying.

Thanks. It's been a frustrating process.

Yep. Almost once a week I get some shitty comment like that. You did the right thing. I just ignore pretty much everything and follow the decree.

You are right and I have co-workers who have experienced it first hand. I had a guy take a lower paying position so he didn't need to travel and could spend more time with the kids. His EX took him to court to readjust the percentage of the support he was paying. His take home pay was cut in half and he had to go back to the old job traveling 80%. Some guys just give up and say Fuck It. Put me in jail.

This is exactly why a lot of guys just get fired and find something paying cash. My ex gets 2K/month in child support and I still have to buy my kids clothes, get haircuts, and..the list goes on. Good luck.

She can have a gang bang with you and all your friends for all I care. Its the people she is bringing around the kids.

Not at all. I am usually more detailed and there is a lot of other things going on. She can date all she wants its the white trash she brings around the kids. Another example on July 4th the cops had to be called out to the party (she had the kids at) multiple times because of fighting and them shooting off fireworks in the city. Sounds like great guys...

Thanks for the detailed reply and an opinion from the other side. I can respect that.

She dates some shady characters. She left the kids with a convicted felon one weekend.

It was more of a safety concern really. I'll take a deep breath. Thanks for the constructive feedback.

Its not jealousy trust me. It goes way deeper than this and it has more to do with the safety of the kids and the environment. Your right there isn't really a crime, but do I have to wait until something happens to prove she is submitting them to the wrong type of environment? I don't have time to go into everything she has done, but for example she moved their schools 4 times in less than 9 months. The list goes on...

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
